The "Automatic Solvent Regeneration Device" is a distillation regeneration system that involves placing the waste solvent to be regenerated into a tank within the device. The tank is heated using a heater embedded at the bottom, warming the contents to a set temperature to vaporize the desired solvent, which is then cooled through a condenser to return it to a liquid state.
By investigating the boiling point of the solvent to be regenerated, it can be heated to the vaporization state, allowing only the desired solvent to be extracted.
Additionally, if the residue remaining in the tank after regeneration solidifies, a special heat-resistant and solvent-resistant bag can be set up to dispose of it cleanly without getting hands dirty.
